Hello, and welcome to Untamed Wine Estates. We’re Dane and Mckenzie Sanvido, a couple who has traveled the world producing wine. Having experienced nearly 30 harvests in numerous locations (including 5 countries and 3 states), we decided to embark on an entrepreneurial journey to develop wines inspired by our travels.
Our grapes are sourced from various vineyards and stages of ripeness to create naturally balanced classics. Untamed Wine Estates opened in the Texas Hill Country in Spring of 2021; we are highlighting the winemaking production techniques used at our state-of-the-art facility and offering educational experiences to learn about wine from a winemaker’s perspective.
We hope that our wine brings forth an untamed spirit and encourages others to join our path in becoming untamed.
